Boots Camp got started in August 2020, right after the world announced we had about 6 more months of lockdown. After going through a transformational period myself, resetting my habitual behaviors, switching my method of movement to compliment what I was doing at the gym, but then from home -- I wanted to share with as many as I could how it changed my life, in case it was exactly what someone else needed too.
It was then, when I began our Instagram platform and started hosting donation-based virtual Strength / HIIT classes on Google Meet, which eventually lead us to creating a platform of our own ππΌ
We have grown our community every day and amplified what our services provide. It has lead to us expanding to this Virtual Studio and therefore, the success of our Boots babes! What are you here for?
