I’m so truly happy you’re here. Boots Camp was created to help you move with confidence, consistency, and joy, whether you’re brand new to fitness or a lifelong mover.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), a Group Fitness Instructor, lifelong dancer, passionate teacher, and proud High Point University graduate. Movement has been my language for as long as I can remember—and now, I get to share it with you.

My signature method is a tempo-based, full-body workout style that blends strength training with moderate-to-high consistency cardio, layered with influences from Pilates, Yoga, and Barre. It’s low-impact friendly, deeply effective, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

About Us:

Boots Camp got started in August 2020, right after the world announced we had about 6 more months of lockdown. After going through a transformational period myself, resetting my habitual behaviors, switching my method of movement to compliment what I was doing at the gym, but then from home -- I wanted to share with as many as I could how it changed my life, in case it was exactly what someone else needed too.

It was then, when I began our Instagram platform and started hosting donation-based virtual Strength / HIIT classes on Google Meet, which eventually lead us to creating a platform of our own 🙏🏼

We have grown our community every day and amplified what our services provide. It has lead to us expanding to this Virtual Studio and therefore, the success of our Boots babes! What are you here for?
